We built Sesame to make homes easier to manage. Here’s what you need to know:
A. You own your data. We just help you store, organize, and share it.
B. Be truthful. Add accurate info about your property so the passport is useful.
C. We’re not a registry. Sesame helps with compliance and sharing, but it doesn’t replace official land or property registries.
D. Sesame is not free. If you subscribe, we’ll be clear about pricing.
E. Play nice. Don’t misuse the service or do anything illegal with it.
F. We may change things. If we update these Terms, we’ll let you know.

Sesame (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our services, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws.
By accessing or using Sesame, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Sesame provides a Digital Property Passport platform that allows homeowners and developers to store, manage, and share verified property records.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of the data you provide to Sesame. By uploading information, you grant Sesame a limited license to process and store it for the purpose of delivering the service.
You agree to use Sesame only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including EU Digital Building Logbook requirements.
Sesame does not replace official property registries. While we verify and structure data, legal ownership and compliance remain subject to national and local authorities.
Some features of Sesame may require payment. Prices, billing, and subscription details will be provided at the time of purchase. All payments are subject to applicable taxes.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in unlawful activity. You may also close your account at any time.
Sesame is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sesame and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the website or by direct communication.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Catalonia, Spain.
